BDC Representative

The Colonial Automotive Group has a great opportunity for a BDC Representative for our Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM location on Route 6 in Dartmouth. As a member of our Business Development Center, you will be serving as the 1st point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally and working with sales and management teams to provide concierge level service to our ever-growing customer base. If you enjoy working with customers, have the ability to effectively communicate via email and text and possess good phone skills, this is the career for you!

Responsibilities

-Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries.

-Logging customer's details and comments in our system.

-Schedule appointments and following up to ensure a high show rate.

-Work with management to communicate client wants and needs and set appropriate expectations.

-Maintain thorough, up to date knowledge of CDJR products and services.

-Maintaining post-visit contact with customers to ensure their overall satisfaction.

-Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.

-Assisting with various other Business Development/Customer Care tasks.

Requirements

-Proven experience in sales. Auto sales preferred but not required.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly.

-Strong computer and typing skills.

-Professional and personable demeanor.
